The Apple TV app movie playback test measures battery life by playing back 1080p HD content with display brightness set to eight clicks from bottom. Battery life varies by use and configuration. 2. Performance: Performance claims based on comparison with previous generation. 

 

Testing conducted by Apple in September 2021 using preproduction 16-inch MacBook Pro systems with Apple M1 Max, 10-core CPU, 32-core GPU, as well as production 2.4GHz 8-core Intel Core i9–based 16-inch MacBook Pro systems with Radeon Pro 5600M graphics with 8GB of HBM2, all configured with 64GB of RAM and 8TB SSD. Prerelease Cinema 4D S25 and prerelease of Redshift v3.0.54 tested using a 1.32GB scene. Performance tests are conducted using specific computer systems and reflect the approximate performance of MacBook Pro.

3. App Store: Apps are available on the App Store.

4. Display: Screen size is measured diagonally. The displays on the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro have rounded corners at the top. When measured as a standard rectangular shape, the screens are 14.2 inches and 16.2 inches diagonally (actual viewable area is less).

5. Storage: 1GB = 1 billion bytes and 1TB = 1 trillion bytes; actual formatted capacity is less.
